Portland is hosting the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.  The action starts Thursday but teams and fans from as far away as North Carolina and Kentucky are already here.  This is the second time the tournament has come to Portland, and it's causing a lot of excitement.  Hotels are full and TriMet is expected to be full too on tournament days.
Do you get into March Madness?  Americans are expected to spend 8.4 million hours watching these basketball games, according to this article.  Chances are your office has a bracket pool, even the President has one.
