An arrest has been made in a hazardous materials case at the St. Helens Safeway.  About 100 people were evacuated last Wednesday when they started coughing and having trouble breathing.  Now police say that was all caused by Elisha Nichols releasing mace throughout the store.

A juvenile was questioned but police wont say if that person was arrested. Nichols faces 31-counts of assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct charges, and unlawful use of Mace. One person was even taken to the hospital with breathing troubles.
