Orenco Elementary Celebrates Reading with Video

5th & 6th graders at Hillsboro's Orenco Elementary School have created a video celebrating Read Across America Day.

The video "Read This Maybe" is a play on the popular Carly Rae Jepsen song "Call Me Maybe."  It features lots o kids singing clever lyrics about reading.

Teacher Mike Footer came up with the words for the song.  He says they would like to make in an annual tradition.
