Truck Flips, Stalls Traffic South of Town

A big rig landed on its side on Interstate 5 northbound next to the on-ramp from Elligsen Road late this morning, and sat there for hours.

Up to two lanes and the on-ramp were blocked as crews worked to clean up the mess and right the truck.  Everything was open before 3:00pm, but traffic was still backed up over three miles before Wilsonville.

The driver was not injured.  There's no word who they work for or what the truck was hauling.
