Ingredients:
9oz. red raspberry jelly, up to 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 2 tbl. MAK GRILLS
Chipotle Rub, 1 tsp. Frank's Hot Sauce.
Preparation:
Place jelly in saucepan. Over low heat, melt the jam, stirring it to break up
any lumps--about 5-10 minutes. Pour mustard into a plastic bowl, and then mix
in the jam, stirring so that it thoroughly mixes with the mustard. Add Chipotle
Rub and Hot Sauce and mix together.
Spread wings out on cookie sheet and spoon mustard mixture over wings,
coating both sides. Cook wings over high heat, approx 10-12 minutes per side.
OPTIONAL :You can use the
remaining mustard mixture to baste the wings while they cook.
