Portland Homeless Being Counted

One by one, homeless people living on the streets of Portland are being counted.  The survey is part of a biannual program that helps the city qualify for up to $10 million dollars in federal funding used or homeless services.

The Homeless Street Project says they use about 100 volunteers who make their way around from January 27t through February 2nd.
