The Repo Man

Scott Keyser is a repo man by profession. He sent me an e-mail this week telling me about an incident where he went to a man's home to try and repossess a truck and was threatened. When Scott reported this to Clark County police, the deputy told him that there was no crime committed, even though the man whose vehicle was being repossessed ran into his home to grab a gun.
