Grey Sail VS. Full Sail Brewing

A beer fight is sailing into federal court. Rhode Island based Grey Sail Brewing has filed suit to protect its name and logo. It wants a federal judge to rule it and Hood River based Full Sail Brewing can co exist. The microbrewery which opened last fall went to court after getting a phone call from Full Sail telling it to stop using the Grey Sail logo and name. Grey Sail is sold on the Rhode Island and Connecticut coastline. Full Sail is sold in 29 states including Rhode Island. A hearing is scheduled for June 27th.
