Chemical Exposure Sickens 8 At Skyview High

Eight people were taken to the hospital with respiratory distress after a chemical exposure at Skyview High School in Vancouver.

A student reportedly brought a bottle with ammonia and bleach to class and opened it in front of a classmate. They knocked it away. The bottle fell on the floor and spilled. It exposed both students and teachers, who started coughing from the fumes.

Classes are still on for the rest of the day.
