Mike Bellotti Resigns from University of Oregon


Earlier today University of Oregon Athletic Director Mike Bellotti called for a sudden press conference where he announced his resignation.  Bellotti will be moving for a position with ESPN as a football analyst.

Missing Children Found in Northwest


She vanished for more than 24 hours but has been found safe and sound.  4-year old Zoey Dorsey was found safe in thick woods near her home in Southern Oregon near Brookings.  Over one hundred searchers from five counties were invovled in the search.  She was taken to a hospital and checked out safe and sound. 

Portland City Council Wants Tight Control of Police


The Portland City Council has proposed an ordinance requiring tighter oversight and regulation of Portland Police and Police actions.

Blazer TV Analyst Rice Mad about Madness


Mike Rice was glued to his television over at the Rose Garden for good reason.  His son is head coach of Robert Morris and was playing Villanova in the first round of March Madness.

Gang Shooting: NE Portland


The Portland Police Bureau's Gang Team is investigating a gang related shooting that occurred tonight at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the area of Northeast 16th and Prescott. 

Body of Missing Man found in Willamette River


The body of 22-year-old Tyler Brady was located today in the Willamette River near OMSI. At approximately 1:00 p.m., a citizen saw what they believed was a body and notified an OMSI volunteer who immediately called police.
